Avgousti" WAS HIRED FROM CHROMATA LAGOON COMMITTEETo find the contact info of the layer firm press here Non-Payers Policy THE COMMITTEE AS OF JULY 2014 GAVE A LIST TO THE LAWYER OF ALL OWNERS THAT DID NOT PAY THEIR COMMUNAL FEES UP UNTIL DECEMBER 2013. THEY WILL RECEIVE, WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS, A LETTER FROM OUR LAWYER. FAILURE TO PAY THEIR DUES WILL RESULT IN TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AND OF COURSE THEY WILL PAY ALL EXPENSES OF THE COURT AND THAT OF THE LAWYER ON TOP OF THEIR COMMUNAL FEES. ANY OF THE OWNERS THAT DID NOT PAY THEIR FEES SHOULD CONTACT THE COMMITTEE A.S.A.PNOVEMBER 2013 *** CHROMATA LAGOON AGM 2013 *** Minutes of the 2013 AGM are now available to download here. Following this year's elections, the Committee members are now as follows: Chairman - Yiannis Odysseos and Avramis Despotis (Joint) A decision on whether to continue appointing Block Reps will be taken by the new Committee. Remember that the committee is here to represent all owners and it's important that everyone has their say. To help ensure that everyone is kept up to date with on-going matters as well as general communications, please help by notifying the Committee if your email address, postal address etc changes.
